No new pictures today, but all is well. Isaiah is now 3 months old as of yesterday, and is doing really well. He cried himself hoarse two days ago, and yesterday he was having fun trying out his 'new' voice. I think that only agitated his throat more, but today he's sounding a lot better.
He's starting to 'talk', and I would absolutely love to know what is going through his head when he is presenting us with 'full sentences'. For some odd reason, many of these come out on his changing table. Good thing we propped it up on 4 cinder blocks early on, otherwise we would definitely not have the patience to lean over and chat with him. It's rough being tall sometimes. I was thinking how tall one of our pastor's kids is the other night (6'4-5"?), but then shuddered when I realized that both of us are taller than our pastor, who is in turn taller than his wife. You get the picture--Isaiah is pretty much stuck with being a long, lanky person. He is starting to put on some weight (mostly on his chin and thighs...?), but is still relatively thin (I think). However, despite being the shortest and lightest of the three of us, he certainly controls the household with an iron fist, albeit one with drool all over it. He is usually pretty content, but has a set of lungs and is not afraid to use them when 'necessary.' On that note of 'size doesn't matter', here's an awesome article I found and wanted to share with you all. Three Banzais for Japanese grannies!
